Important notes:

1. Prices are in effect through August 31, 2008.
2. Rates include print plus online access. Institutional online access is a single-site license, which allows an unlimited number of concurrent users at one location.
3. Subscribers outside the US, please add $25 per print subscription if you want expedited airfreight delivery.
4. Prices quoted are in US dollars and payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change.
5. The publisher allows for a 5% discount to recognized subscription agents. Orders from subscription agents need to include end user information for purposes of verifying type of institution. Five percent discount is not offered on consortia orders.

7. Established in May 2004, the Journal of Oncology Practice currently publishes 6 issues per year.
