A challenge that every oncologist must struggle with is keeping up with the rapidly changing science that defines our specialty. New therapeutics, new indications for old therapeutics, diagnostics, treatment criteria, guidelines, and so on besiege us daily. Often, the science that underpins this revolution is based on molecular pathways that have been defined since we were in fellowship. Making sense of this voluminous amount of data requires considerable effort.
